Getting Started with Career Counseling
You are welcome to browse. No commitment is made until you actually schedule an appointment.
- View the available appointment times from the provided schedule.
- Complete the registration form.
- Enter your billing information (e.g. credit card number).
- Receive a confirmation time via email, and your billing information will be processed (e.g. credit card will be billed).
- Your career counselor will phone you at your scheduled time.
Note: To receive the full benefit of your session, please make every effort to be available and ready for the call. If you are not available, the counselor will attempt to call back in 5 minutes. If the connection is still not made, the counselor will try for the final time in 5 more minutes. If no connection is made on the final attempt, you are free to contact your counselor any time during your scheduled session. The call, however, will be at your expense and the session will conclude at the scheduled time.
Cancellation policy
Cancellations or appointment changes will be accepted up to 24-hours in advance. At the time of a cancellation or appointment change, you may reschedule at no additional charge or request a refund minus a $50 processing fee. "No show" appointments, cancellations, or appointment changes without 24 hour notice will be billed at the normal rate.
